Description
HT EV-TEST100 simulates the presence of an electric vehicle connected to the charging station, allowing verification of its full functionality and electrical safety, thanks to combined use with HT multifunction tools:
- HT COMBI521 (after firmware update)
- HT MACROTESTG3 (after firmware update)
- HT SUPERCOMBIS (after firmware update)
- HT COMBI521EV (included)
- HT MACROEVTEST (included)
HT EV-TEST100 is capable of performing the following tests:
- Vehicle simulation with Control Pilot (CP State)
- Cable capacity simulation with Proximity Pilot (PP State)
- Earth fault simulation (PE Fault)
- Simulation of error on the Control pilot signal (E Fault)
- Indication of phase presence via three LEDs
- Connection terminals for external load connection, to verify the correct operation of the charging station’s energy meter
- L1-L2-L3-N-PE measurement terminals for connecting HT verification instruments, to perform safety and functional tests (such as RPE, RCD, ISO)
- Verification of charging station compliance with standards IEC 61851-1 and IEC 60364-7-722.
HT EV-TEST100 is capable of testing charging stations with charging modes 2 and 3 for AC charging and standard European connector (Type 2).
