Description
The HT PVCHECKS instrument is capable of performing the following checks:
- Insulation measurement up to 1000VDC
- Open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current Voc/Isc up to 1000V / 15A
- Continuity of protective conductors with 200mA
In safety verification, HT PVCHECKS represents a true innovation, as it can perform insulation measurement of a module, a string, or an entire photovoltaic array (IEC/EN62446) without the need to use an external switch to short-circuit the positive and negative terminals.
HT PVCHECKS also allows for verification of the functionality of connections and strings in a photovoltaic array in accordance with IEC/EN62446, by measuring the open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current under operating conditions (OPC) and referred to STC (through irradiance measurement, also with the use of optional accessories SOLAR02 and HT304N), providing an immediate result for the measurement just taken, both in absolute terms and by comparison with previously tested strings.
Finally, HT PVCHECKS also allows for performance analysis of the photovoltaic array (DC) under operating conditions (i.e., connected to the inverter) using optional accessories SOLAR02 and HT304N, providing an indication of the generated power and the array’s efficiency as indicated by IEC/EN62446.
