HT COMBI519 is a multifunctional instrument for electrical safety verification. With this single instrument, it is possible to conduct a series of fundamental checks to ensure the safety of electrical systems:

- All electrical safety tests required by CEI 64-8 standards
- Line, Phase-Phase, Phase-Neutral, Phase-PE Loop/Impedance
- Global earth resistance
- Test of Type A, AC and F Residual Current Devices up to 1A, Type B and B+ up to 300mA
- Insulation resistance measurement up to 1000V with dielectric absorption ratio D.A.R. and polarization index P.I. verification
- Continuity of protective conductors measurement with 200mA
- Continuity of protective conductors measurement up to 10A using the optional EQUITEST instrument
- Verification of thermal-magnetic and fuse protection devices
- Verification of phase rotation direction (SEQ)
The large internal memory allows for the saving of measurements taken to be subsequently transferred to a PC via the serial connection.
By connecting the HT COMBI519 to the power outlet, entering the differential current value, and using the AUTO function, a sequence of tests can be performed. The result, stored internally, already contains an indication of compliance or non-compliance with regulatory requirements using simple OK or NOT OK symbols.
