Description
HT FULLTEST3 is a multifunction instrument for electrical safety testing.
Using this single instrument, it is possible to conduct a series of fundamental tests to ensure the safety of electrical systems:
- Electrical strength test with test voltage up to 5100V in accordance with the new standard IEC/EN61439-1-2
- Protection against indirect contact test in accordance with the requirements of IEC/EN 60204-1
- Continuity of protective conductors (test current 200mA .. 25A)
- Differential circuit breaker (RCD AC, A, B) trip test up to 1A
- Total Earth Resistance measurement
- Test of coordination of magnetic-thermal circuit breakers (MCB curves B, C, D, K) and fuses (gG, aM)
- Insulation Resistance with test voltage up to 1000V
- Residual voltage test on capacitive elements
- Leakage current measurement at the socket and via clamp (HT96U, optional)
- Functional test via socket (power, current)
- Phase sequence.
The instrument also features a touch-screen color display and 3 USB ports for PC connection, USB pen drives, USB printers and potential barcode readers.
