Description
SMA EV Charger allows you to charge electric vehicles intelligently and sustainably. By charging with solar energy,
electricity costs from the grid are minimized. Ideal for new systems or for
upgrading existing systems, the SMA EV Charger is flexible and compatible with all electric vehicles on the market, thanks to the Type 2 charging cable with a fixed connection. The SMA Sunny Home Manager 2.0 energy management system allows electric vehicles to be charged, prioritizing solar energy and doing so particularly quickly. A simple rotary selector on the device or the SMA Energy App is used to send instructions to the device. The boost function allows charging at almost double the speed of conventional charging stations. Even the lowest power generated by the solar system can be fully utilized thanks to automatic switching from single-phase to three-phase charging mode. The intelligent system always takes into account all connected loads and prevents overloading of the domestic system.
